Car wax: the most recent test results are separated by a shiny killed

With a long weekend and the autumn approaching this is an excellent time to wax the car and fill its protection. But before the purchase of car wax, is aware that the premium car wax marks must not hold up any better than low-alternatives on the basis of our recent tests. In fact, some moderate prices liquids scored in the upper part of our evaluations-better than certain products whose value is two times more.

However, none of the 19 tested products are not well enough to be rated excellent, with most showing signs of deterioration within several weeks.

We also found that pastes made not better than liquids as a whole, although the two scoring top place are the only waxes to rated excellent for durability. Both types of wax have similar results for ease of use.

We do not evaluate spray delete ro products this time because earlier tests have shown to be less effective for cleaning to be ineffective against the time and to evaluate the worst for durability. They are naj-samo for new yarns and if the wash and wax frequently.

Today, thanks to the clear coat finishes our testing shows that even the most unlikely wax will enhance the brilliance of a new car. Regular washing is still the most important step for the protection of your car's finish. But a coat of wax to add a layer of protection against the tree sap, bird droppings, and other contaminants-at least for some time. Most products have tested showed a significant loss of protection within approximately five weeks. For this reason, we recommend that spreads even new cars every two or three months. And if the car is older or finish began to dull, the action may be more serious. Spreads to fill the minute Finish imperfections, and waxes, which heavily scored to improve gloss removed oxidation and makes paint appear darker and more viable.

But you must know that the paint ends of some colorful cars, in fact, can be damaged by some of the more abrasive waxes which can leave swirl marks. Our estimates for products that lower scores in this area.

It is important to match the car wax to your needs of care for the car. Car waxes come in three forms: liquid, paste and dispersion. Overall, we found that the paste waxes are easier to use than liquid waxes; liquid waxes swept the best; and spray waxes are the most easy to use and left at least stains on plastic parts, but they do not continue as long as other wax types.
